Bosu Abdominal exercise- Series 4

Abdominal Exercises on Bosu

1. Basic Ab crunches- Lie down on Bosu with your spine fully supported on top of Bosu. Keeo the knees bent and feet flat on floor. Slowly, while exhaling, come up and try to bring your hands towards your knees. Inhaling you go down.

2. Standing on top of Bosu, bend forward and place your hands on your knees. Slowly roll the spine up and then scoop it in like in cat and dog stretch to get ready for further core abdominal workout.

3. Targeting your obliques- Lie down on Bosu like you did in step 1 for ab crunches. This time instead of bringing the hands towards the knees in the centre, take them side to side alternately. You are targeting obliques or the love handles.

4. Similar to the above oblique exercise. This time, you fold your knees out and let your feet touch each other like frog legs. This exercise also targets obliques.
